How to Export Your Chats

- 1. Open the chat you want to export
- 2. Tap the contact/group name at the top
- 3. Scroll down and tap "Export Chat"
- 4. Choose "Attach Media" to include images
- 5. Save the .zip file and upload it here

- 2. Click "Your Activity" → "Download your information"
- 3. Select "Messages" and JSON format
- 4. Request and download the data
